I've tried apartment locators in the past and too often they would only give me options that were outside of my parameters. It was such a pleasure working with Justin's team to find my apartment. He met with me in his office, constructed a list of possible apartments, and showed me around the areas I was interested in. Although I thought I knew what I wanted, he was much more knowledgeable about the areas I had originally considered and ultimately found the most incredible apartment for me...all in one day. I truly could not have found this amazing apartment without their expertise!!

I was planning to move from Miami to Austin and was mildly freaking out because I had never been. I reached out to some realtors to ask questions about the different areas and Justin was the only one who listened to what I was looking for and help me choose an area that would be right for me as well as within my budget. He even allowed us to stay in his guest room while we looked for apartments, even though it only took one day! I am so happy in my new apartment! Thanks again Justin!!!

Oh my goodness! Where do I even start? My boyfriend and I moved to Austin from Virginia with no idea where to live. After about a week looking on our own, we just weren't finding anything that really impressed us. Thankfully, we got in touch with Justin, and that very same day, he had us in his office looking at apartments with his team in areas we didn't even know about. They finally found us an apartment in the exact location we first fell in love with and just didn't think was going to be possible for us! I cannot begin to express my gratitude. Now we have an amazing apartment in a fabulous part of town, and we owe it 100% to Justin's team. If you are looking for an apartment, I cannot recommend calling him enough!

Justin helped me during my move here a couple of months ago. After trying to find a place on my on and having the worst luck, Justin's team was just what I needed. they were great about not only showing me several apartments based on my criteria, they also gave me a break down of the neighborhoods, things to do in Austin, and all in all made the process so much easier, dare I say almost enjoyable. By the end of the day I had found the apartment for me and was armed with more information about the area than I would've been had I done it differently.

Had the pleasure of working along side Justin Lenberg, and I still can't believe how helpful he was. I was originally staying at his place for AirBnB, but after I mentioned I was moving to Austin he spent the next morning looking over maps and driving me around to show me the different neighborhoods. We ended up touring an apartment complex, and I signed later that day!
Justin was very patient, friendly, and even backed me up during some rather intense questioning by the apartment tour-guide. Can't recommend him enough. 10/10

If your looking for a quick move in Justin is your man. My circumstance was very unique- I received a job offer and I was given only 2 weeks to relocate to Austin. When I met with Justin I explained that I only had one day to find my new home- that didn't seem to phase Justin. The best part- Justin didn't just find any apartment for me like most realtors would. He took the time to find my needs and tailored the perfect day to what I was looking for. I definitely give 5/5 stars to Justin. Thank you for helping me find my new home.

I knew the area I wanted to be in, and he not only knew the apartments in that area that fit my needs and budget, but also offered alternatives outside the area. Justin (Lenberg) is a truly top-notch real- estate agent. I found out I was moving to Austin for work and only had two days to find and close on a place. After searching online for places and agents for a day, I called him and asked if he could show me all of the places in my list and close all the next day if I flew down. He said he could. He did just do that, he knocked it out of the park while being cool and friendly enough to show me cool places and things to do in Austin. He helped me close by COB without being pushy, rushed, or inattentive. The best part is that IT COSTS YOU NOTHING EXTRA. The buildings pay him and his firm, NOT YOU. If Justin do that well with me in 24 hours, think about how much more he can help you. Justin, you're a rock star.
